This policy describes how We Coode, rete d'impresa collects, uses and protects the personal data of users who visit https://wecoode.it, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. Data Controller

The data controller is We Coode, rete d'impresa (Rete d'impresa costituita ai sensi della Legge n. 33/2009 e successive modifiche, Tax Code 91604650159, registration no. 2. Data Collected

The site collects the following categories of data:

Navigation data

The system automatically acquires some technical data transmitted by browsers during navigation, such as the IP address, browser type, operating system and pages visited. These data are used solely to ensure the correct functioning of the site and are not associated with identifiable users.

Voluntarily provided data

Through the contact form, the user can submit their name, email address and message. These data are processed exclusively to respond to the received request. Before submission, the user must tick the consent checkbox.

Booking data

Through the Cal.com widget integrated in the Contact page, users can book a call. Data entered (name, email, additional information) are processed by Cal.com according to their privacy policy. We Coode receives a booking notification.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Managing and responding to contact requests submitted via the form
  • Managing consultation bookings via Cal.com
  • Site security and abuse prevention (technical navigation data)
  • Compliance with legal obligations

4. Legal Basis

  • Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for the contact form
  • Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for site security and technical navigation data
  • Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — for consultation bookings

5. Recipients of Data

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • Cal.com Inc. — for managing consultation bookings (integrated widget). Privacy policy: cal.com/privacy
  • Email service provider (SMTP) — for sending notifications related to contact requests
  • Competent authorities — in cases required by law

6. Data Retention

Data collected via the contact form is retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the date of receipt. Technical navigation data is retained for a maximum of 30 days.

7. Data Transfers

Booking data is processed by Cal.com Inc., based in the United States. Cal.com provides adequate safeguards for international data transfers pursuant to the GDPR. All other data is processed within the European Union.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Arts. 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request rectification or updating
  • Request erasure
  • Obtain restriction of processing
  • Receive your data in a structured format (data portability)
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interest
